We are looking for a talented and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and help us grow our online presence, improve rankings, and drive qualified organic traffic.

Position Overview

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions across our web properties. This role requires strong analytical skills, up-to-date SEO knowledge, and hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and page speed.
  • Perform on-page optimization for new and existing pages.
  • Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, outreach, and guest posting.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions).
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and fix issues affecting organic performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Stay current with Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO tools.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with keyword research and SEO reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools for content optimization.
  • Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
  • Understanding of technical SEO (schema markup, structured data, sitemaps).
  • Experience managing SEO for SaaS, startup, or B2B websites.
