We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
E-Commerce Manager
with strong expertise in
Shopify
to lead and manage our online store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing the online shopping experience, and implementing strategies that maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store.
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee product listings, inventory management, and pricing updates.
  • Optimize store design, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, ROI).
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways, shipping, and logistics.
  • Stay updated with Shopify apps, tools, and industry trends.
  • Handle promotions, seasonal campaigns, and discount strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with developers if required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing Shopify stores.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and CRO.
  • Experience with Shopify apps, themes, and customization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
