Junior HR Executive – Office Based (Islamabad)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team

As a Junior HR Executive at our company, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department across a range of administrative and operational tasks. From assisting in recruitment to helping manage employee records and maintaining a positive work environment, you'll contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of our HR processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, both digitally and in physical files
  • Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and HR-related events
  • Monitor and manage daily attendance and leave records
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, warnings, and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments
  • Respond to staff queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist with team activities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant HR experience (internship or full-time)
  • Basic understanding of HR functions, laws, and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus

Note: This is an office-based position (not remote).
