Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our line of skin polish products directly to customers in their homes. You will be the face of our company, building relationships, educating potential customers on our products' benefits, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. This is a sales-focused role that requires a go-getter attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to assigned neighborhoods and territories to sell skin polish products door-to-door.
  • Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to introduce our products.
  • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and proper use of our skin polish products.
  • Overcome objections and persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Close sales and accurately process transactions (cash, credit card, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain your inventory of products, ensuring you are well-stocked for daily sales.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a direct sales or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • A resilient and persistent attitude, with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Strong work ethic and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • A professional and presentable appearance.
  • Knowledge of skin care products is a plus.
