Role Description – Sales Manager (Doors, Wardrobes, Kitchens)
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across Legno Home's product lines, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales team to meet and exceed targets. The role requires a strong understanding of interior solutions (doors, wardrobes, kitchens, and custom furniture) along with proven experience in sales strategy, client acquisition, and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Managing and mentoring the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end clients
- Conducting client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and propose solutions
- Overseeing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of proven sales management experience, preferably in interiors, kitchens, wardrobes, or related industries
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products (doors, wardrobes, kitchens, furniture) and communicate them effectively to clients
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
