The SEO Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of search engine optimization and writing engaging, keyword-optimized content across product pages, blogs, landing pages, and more. You'll play a key role in increasing visibility, improving rankings, and creating content that resonates with our audience and converts traffic into customers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands SEO deeply and can write content that performs.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize on-page elements like titles, headers, meta descriptions, image alt tags, and internal links
  • Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, and site structure
  • Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content performance
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends

Content Creation

  • Write blog posts, guides, and educational articles aligned with SEO strategy and brand tone
  • Create and optimize product page copy, collection descriptions, and landing page content
  • Develop content calendars based on keyword opportunities and seasonal needs
  • Craft compelling headlines, meta descriptions, and social snippets
  • Ensure all content is well-researched, on-brand, and optimized for both users and search engines

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the creative and product teams to align content with launches and campaigns
  • Coordinate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations
  • Support email, social, and paid teams with SEO-friendly copy when needed

Qualifications

Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO and content writing (e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-driven content
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
