Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Karachi Division. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, ensuring efficient office equipment maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes coordinating office activities, maintaining office supplies, managing communication with vendors, and ensuring smooth office administration.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Proficiency in handling Office Equipment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
