Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented
Mid-Level QA Engineer
to join our growing development team. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality software, catching bugs before users do, and working closely with developers and product teams — we'd love to hear from you
You should have a solid understanding of manual and automated testing processes, strong analytical skills, and experience testing web and mobile applications. Bonus points if you're familiar with CI/CD pipelines and love breaking things (in a good way)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases — both manual and automated.
- Identify, record, and track bugs using standard tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Trello).
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Test across platforms, devices, and browsers to ensure cross-compatibility and responsiveness.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter) is a plus.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
