The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent trading algorithms, automating trading systems, analyzing financial data, and optimizing trading strategies. This role blends software engineering, AI/ML model development, and financial market analysis to create innovative solutions in the Forex domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven trading algorithms using Python.
  • Implement machine learning and deep learning models for market prediction, risk management, and trade optimization.
  • Build and manage automated trading systems (ATS) integrating with Forex platforms/brokers (e.g., MetaTrader, FIX API, OANDA).
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and backtesting of trading strategies.
  • Analyze Forex market trends using quantitative and statistical techniques.
  • Optimize performance of trading bots and ensure low-latency execution.
  • Collaborate with financial analysts and traders to refine trading strategies.
  • Monitor live trading performance and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, statsmodels).
  • Five years of experience as a Python developer with a major in AI, along with over one year of experience in Forex trading, either manual or algorithmic.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, technical indicators, and trading strategies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn).
  • Knowledge of APIs for Forex brokers and trading platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with risk management, portfolio optimization, and trading psychology is a plus.
