Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics & Video Editor to bring visual storytelling to life across digital platforms. This role blends design, animation, and editing to produce compelling content that drives engagement, educates audiences, and reinforces brand identity.

Responsibilities:

* Design and animate motion graphics for social media, ads, explainers, and brand videos

* Edit raw footage into polished, high-impact video content (reels, promos, testimonials, etc.)

* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align visuals with campaign goals

* Source and integrate stock footage, music, and sound effects as needed

* Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets

* Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, web)

* Stay updated on trends in motion design, editing styles, and platform algorithms

Skills & Qualifications:

* Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Davinci Resolve, and After Effects

* Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling

* Ability to create sleek, minimal, and emotionally resonant visuals

* Experience with typography, transitions, and kinetic text animation

* Familiarity with aspect ratios, compression, and export settings for digital platforms
