Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain services.
- Conduct client visits to present services, negotiate rates, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of field sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, transportation, and customs procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
