
Sales Executive Shipping And Logistics

Identifying and targeting potential customers: You will be responsible for identifying potential customers and developing a sales plan to target them. This includes researching and analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and developing a value proposition that resonates with customers.
Building and maintaining customer relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This includes conducting regular customer visits, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Achieving sales targets: You will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets, working closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure targets are met.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders: You will work closely with other internal teams, such as operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to drive business growth.
Providing feedback on market trends and customer needs: You will be responsible for providing feedback to the company on market trends and customer needs, helping to shape the company's strategy and service offerings.
Job SpecificationQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the shipping and logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry and related regulations.
