Sales Executive
to join our team in Lahore.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive business growth through the promotion and sale of our immigration and visa services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and converting prospects into loyal clients. You will play a vital role in supporting the company's success by delivering expert advice and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Conduct detailed consultations to assess client eligibility and explain available immigration pathways.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, providing timely follow-ups and guidance.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions within the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with the latest immigration policies, program updates, and application procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal processing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Support marketing and business development activities as needed.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to management to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in a sales role (experience in the immigration industry is a strong advantage).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and convert leads into clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
