Healing Baithak is the first platform in Pakistan built for gentle, human conversation with psychologists, therapists, counselors, and trained listeners. People can book one-to-one or online sessions to talk about various personal issues like stress, relationships, grief, anxiety, burnout, or feeling stuck. All conversations are confidential and treated with care. We offer online sessions worldwide and one-to-one sessions in multiple cities across Pakistan. Our mission is to provide a warm, human place to feel understood and move forward with clarity while expanding our services internationally.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Communicator and Social Media Marketer to manage daily client communication and online marketing campaigns. The role involves handling inquiries, managing Meta Ads, creating engaging content, and supporting the brand's presence across platforms.

Responsibiliteis

  • Communicate with potential clients on WhatsApp and phone in a kind, professional tone
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed session bookings
  • Plan, create, and run Meta Ads with clear objectives
  • Design simple social media graphics and short reels
  • Post content consistently and monitor engagement
  • Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance

Requirements

  • Strong communication in Urdu and clear English
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Basic skills in design and video editing for social media
  • Organized, responsible, and goal-oriented
  • Interest in wellbeing, counseling, or community work is a plus

Compensations

  • Monthly salary:
    PKR 25,000
  • Additional performance incentive:
    10% commission
    on each confirmed sale
