Job Description:

We are looking for a well-presented and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk at Grand City Head Office, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and must handle all front-desk operations efficiently while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Maintain the reception area in a presentable condition.

Provide administrative support to management when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred.

Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional appearance and positive attitude.
