Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Female Retail Salesperson with a passion for fine jewellery, excellent customer service skills, and proven retail sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a refined understanding of luxury retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers with warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features, craftsmanship, and value.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest jewellery trends, collections, and materials.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while providing a premium customer experience.
  • Manage after-sales services, including repairs, resizing, and custom orders.
  • Maintain showroom displays, ensuring products are clean, well-presented, and secure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with loyal customers.
  • Assist in training junior sales staff and guiding them in professional selling techniques.
  • Follow all company policies regarding stock security, cash handling, and invoicing.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, watches, or luxury goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Polished, professional appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with high-end clientele.
  • Strong sales track record and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewellery craftsmanship (preferred).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
