To expand our presence, we are hiring a Social Media Support Representative who can manage customer interactions across digital platforms and provide professional support. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, customer-focused, and enjoys building positive relationships both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and engage across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, WhatsApp, and Email).
  • Respond to queries, comments, and direct messages (DMs) quickly and professionally.
  • Act as the brand's voice by maintaining consistent, positive communication.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services to potential and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed.
  • Attend events, exhibitions, and field activations to support brand visibility.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with the team for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or customer support.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with all major social media platforms and messaging tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations efficiently.
  • Friendly, approachable, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within Karachi for fieldwork and client meetings.
