Job Title: Pathologist Location: Lahore, Pakistan Job Summary: Sehat Lab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathologist to join our team. As a Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely diagnostic services, interpreting complex pathological specimens, and contributing to the development of our pathology services. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Diagnostic Services*: Provide accurate and timely diagnostic services in pathology, including histopathology, cytopathology, and molecular pathology. 2. *Interpretation and Reporting*: Interpret complex pathological specimens and provide clear, concise, and clinically relevant reports. 3. *Quality Assurance*: Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure high standards of pathology services. 4. *Collaboration*: Collaborate with clinicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. 5. *Research and Development*: Stay up-to-date with advances in pathology and contribute to the development of new diagnostic techniques. Requirements: 1. *MBBS Degree*: A recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent). 2. *Pathology Training*: Completion of a recognized pathology training program (e.g., FCPS, MD, or PhD in Pathology). 3. *Experience*: Significant experience in pathology, preferably in a laboratory setting. 4. *Certification*: Board certification or equivalent in pathology is desirable. Skills: 1. *Pathology expertise*: In-depth knowledge of pathology principles, techniques, and practices. 2. *Analytical skills*: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. *Communication skills*: Effective communication and reporting skills. 4. *Attention to detail*: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
