Position Summary

Bloom Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Speech Therapist / ABA Therapist
to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll work with children facing speech, language, and communication challenges—helping them find their voice and build the confidence they need to thrive.

Success in this role means delivering measurable progress in each child's communication abilities, while also supporting their behavioral and developmental goals through a holistic, child-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs
  • Apply ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques to reinforce communication, behavior, and learning
  • Monitor and document progress using evidence-based tools and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Educate and guide parents/caregivers to support carryover of therapy strategies at home
  • Collaborate closely with psychologists, occupational therapists, and educators to provide integrated care

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum
    6 months or 1 years or of experience
    working with children, especially in special needs settings
  • Strong foundation in ABA principles and experience applying them in therapeutic settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about early intervention
  • Ability to engage children in creative, play-based learning environments
