We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Purchase Intern to support our commercial operations. This role offers hands-on experience in both customer-facing sales activities and supplier-facing procurement functions. The intern will gain exposure to key business processes, supplier/vendor management, and sales strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:

  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and invoices
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
  • Help coordinate client meetings, calls, and product demos
  • Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery

Purchase Support:

  • Assist in raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries from suppliers
  • Help with vendor communication, follow-ups, and negotiation support
  • Maintain and update procurement records and reports
  • Assist in inventory checks and reorder level assessments
  • Evaluate supplier performance and support sourcing initiatives

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
