About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager – Sales Operations (Documentation) to oversee sales administration, documentation, and post-sales processes for our real estate projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring seamless coordination between sales, legal, finance, and customer relations to maintain accuracy and compliance throughout the property sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee sales documentation processes for property sales, including reservation forms, sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), addendums, and payment schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations in all documentation and registration activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, CRM, Handover, and Projects) to ensure smooth deal closures and handovers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases, records, and reports using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Supervise the preparation and issuance of receipts, NOCs, transfer letters, and other legal/sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with brokers and agents to ensure proper documentation and commission processing.
  • Track customer payment milestones and coordinate with Finance for invoicing and collections.
  • Support management with MIS reports, sales forecasts, and operational dashboards.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of documentation and administrative staff.
