Infiniti Software is looking for an experienced and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our product design team in Rawalpindi, Islamabad. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process, driving the creation of engaging, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is Full time onsite role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Strategy: Plan and conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to identify user needs and inform product direction.
  • Design Leadership: Lead the design of complex user interfaces and user experiences, from concept to final execution. Set design standards and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create advanced wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with strong attention to detail and usability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Usability Testing & Iteration: Lead testing sessions, synthesize feedback, and iterate designs to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines to ensure visual and functional consistency across all products.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering growth and design excellence within the team.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies, and introduce best practices to enhance design quality and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for both web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
