About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking candidate to support our US-based auto freight brokerage. This role involves a mix of sales calls to dealerships, customer communication, dispatch coordination, and lead management. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads generated through Facebook and Google advertising campaigns
  • Make outbound sales calls to US car dealerships and auto lots
  • Provide instant quotes for vehicle transport services across America
  • Coordinate with US-based car carriers and truck drivers for pickups/deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and web forms with professionalism
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
  • Manage carrier relationships and logistics coordination
  • Maintain accurate records in dispatch management software (Super Dispatch, Central Dispatch)
  • Support management in daily operational tasks and reporting

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (American accent preferred)
  • Prior sales/dispatch experience (minimum 2 years, preferably B2B)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Logistics or dispatch experience is a strong advantage
  • Ability to multitask between phone calls, emails, and system updates
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable working in the night shift (US timings)
