Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Swyft Logistics is hiring motivated, confident, and customer-focused Auto Broker Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore.

In this role, you'll work with clients across the United States, helping them buy, sell, and transport vehicles through our trusted auto brokerage services. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, and carriers.

This position is ideal for individuals who are persuasive communicators, enjoy working in a results-oriented environment, and are eager to grow in the automotive and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US to offer auto brokerage and transportation services.
  • Assist clients with vehicle buying, selling, and shipping processes.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best vehicle and shipping options.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
  • Follow up on leads via phone and email to ensure conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle pickup and delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and vehicle transport regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, auto brokerage, or customer service (experience with the US market is a strong plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM and email tools.
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented personality.
  • Must be available for full-time night shift at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
