We are seeking a skilled
Assistant Manager Infrastructure
to manage, maintain, and enhance our IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, data centers, and cloud services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, implementing security measures, and providing escalation support to maintain business continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure: servers, storage, virtualization, and networks.
- Administer LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless systems.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, firewall rules, and access controls.
- Ensure disaster recovery, backups, and high-availability systems are maintained.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and new technology integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support and procurement.
- Provide escalation support to IT teams for timely resolution of issues.
- Research and recommend new technologies for improved efficiency, scalability, and security.
Job Specifications:
Qualification: BS in Computer Science or related field
Experience: 2–3 years in IT Infrastructure
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Certifications (Preferred): CCNA/CCNP (primary), VMware, ITIL
