CodeNinja is seeking a talented Senior Multimedia Designer specializing in Digital Content and Creatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating compelling visual content that drives engagement and supports our digital marketing initiatives across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Brand-Aligned Creativity: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce assets that reflect brand identity and meet campaign objectives.

· Platform-Specific Excellence: Adapt creative concepts for cross-platform distribution while ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual language.

· AI-Enhanced Design: Leverage AI-powered design, animation, and content-generation tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, GPT, Sora, or similar) to speed up workflows, explore creative variations, and improve output quality.

· Creative Collaboration: Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions, translating strategic direction into high-quality creative executions.

· Multi-Format Visuals: Design supporting materials for presentations, advertisements, events, and internal communications.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

· 3–4 years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on digital and motion graphics.

· Proven cross-platform design expertise for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); bonus for Figma or similar collaborative design tools.

· Demonstrated experience in short-form animations, GIFs, and motion design for digital platforms.

· Strong grasp of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.

· Proficiency in AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, GPT, Sora, or similar).

· A portfolio showcasing both static and animated work across multiple platforms.

· Up-to-date knowledge of digital design trends, platform requirements, and audience engagement best practices.
