Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our sales team. The person will be responsible for promoting healthcare products, building strong relationships with doctors and pharmacies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires good communication skills, knowledge of sales, and the ability to work in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell healthcare products to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and availability
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Provide feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements
- Prepare timely sales reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with company standards and sales protocols
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree Pharmacy, or Business preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in pharma sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own conveyance is an advantage
- Strong product knowledge and ability to detail products to healthcare professionals
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Reporting tools)
- Resilience to work under pressure and achieve challenging targets
