We are looking for an Account Manager with proven experience in TikTok Shop to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts, a strong understanding of platform mechanics, and the ability to drive brand growth through effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand growth strategies under the guidance of your Manager.
  • Manage and execute strategies for TikTok Shop Ads, promotions, and affiliate marketing.
  • Communicate with affiliates and build strong affiliate partnerships.
  • Handle platform operations (ungating restricted categories, resolving violations, etc.).
  • Regularly meet with your Manager to provide updates and communicate client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to create effective ad creatives and assets.
  • Conduct account audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports to Senior Management and clients.
  • Support in team management and cross-department coordination.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience working on TikTok Shop.

Strong understanding of:

  • Ungating restricted categories
  • Violation removals
  • Affiliate program setup & strategy
  • TikTok Shop Ads (campaigns, targeting, optimization).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take ownership of tasks.
  • Must be able to join us on-site (Rawalpindi office).
