
Admin and Account Officer

The Accounts and Admin Officer is responsible for managing all company billing and documentation processes using our internal software. This includes preparing quotations, invoices, challans, and cash memos, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company regulations. The role also supports administrative operations and communication within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and cash memos using company software.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and client billing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing payments, and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Manage FBR-related documentation, tax record updates, and filing. (will be plus)
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for reconciliation and reporting.
- Support office administration, including documentation and coordination tasks.
- Assist management in financial reporting and documentation audits.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Hands-on experience with quotation/invoicing software or ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of FBR and tax procedures in Pakistan.(will be plus not mandatory)
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and email communication).
- Strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and time management skills.
Location: Office No 1, Ground Floor, Mehran Residency Plaza , Main IJP Road , Pindora ,Rawalpindi.
