We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and integrating AI solutions across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-driven solutions for CRM/ERP systems, ensuring automation and enhanced business efficiency.

Build and integrate custom web applications with AI capabilities for scalability and performance.

Implement AI chatbots and conversational systems using OpenAI, LangChain, and LangGraph.

Develop and optimize AI Agents & Workflow Automation pipelines using CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph.

Create and maintain LLM-powered tools, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings.

Architect and manage multi-agent systems for intelligent orchestration and complex workflows.

Deliver AI-powered business process automation tailored to client needs.

Contribute to the development of Healthcare (Hospital/Dental) Management Systems with AI-enabled support tools.

Build financial web solutions with real time analytics and predictive AI insights.

Develop custom dashboards and reporting tools leveraging LLM-driven insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and clients) to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

2+ years of proven experience in AI/ML solution development.

Strong expertise in LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, Vector DBs, Embeddings).

Hands-on experience with AI Agents & Automation frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).

Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Experience integrating AI into CRM, ERP, and web applications.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multi-agent systems and advanced orchestration workflows.

Prior work in healthcare or financial AI-based systems.

Contribution to AI research, open-source projects, or publications.
