GenAI Senior Engineer

Role overview

We are hiring for the role of Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in LLMs, GenAI, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will drive the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI systems, working with tools like Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, and vector databases. This is a senior engineering role that requires deep technical skills and the ability to architect scalable, production-ready AI solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of GenAI agents using Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, or similar platforms.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
  • Build RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and implement prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
  • Integrate with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus to enable intelligent search and retrieval.
  • Optimize and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define AI strategies, and lead delivery efforts.
  • Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.

. Mandatory : Must be available to work from office 5 days a week

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or AI Solutions Architect.
  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI tools, and AI/ML libraries.
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (Google Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
  • Knowledge of vector search technologies and embedding-based retrieval.

  • Strong understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and scalable AI deployment.

  • Hands-on experience on RAG based applications.

  • Hands-on experience on prompt engineering along with creation of prompt flow
