About the Role

We are seeking a
Business Development Intern
who will support our sales and business growth initiatives. This internship is designed to give hands-on exposure to lead generation, client communication, and business development strategies in the healthcare IT sector. After the 2-month internship, performance will be evaluated, and successful candidates may be offered a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Research

  • Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, and industry platforms.
  • Maintain a structured database of prospects and opportunities.

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Assist in initial outreach to prospective clients via email, calls, and professional platforms.
  • Schedule meetings and support senior team members in client discussions.

Proposal & Documentation Support

  • Prepare drafts of proposals, presentations, and follow-up material.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to support business development efforts.
  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, outreach, and progress.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fresh graduate or final-year student in
    Business, Marketing, or related field
    .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRMs is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
