We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Solution Expert to join our web hosting team at Nexus Technologies. The role involves promoting and selling web hosting, domain registration, cloud services, and related digital solutions. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and online platforms to promote hosting and related services.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hosting Solutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain technical features in simple terms.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new hosting technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in IT, or web hosting industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to non-technical clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
