We specialize in podcast editing, AI UGC video ads, Meta ads management, and performance creative. Our clients judge us by one thing: does the video hold attention and get results? We are building an editing team that cares about exactly that. The Role We are looking for a full time Video Editor to join our team at our office in Lahore. You will edit podcast episodes, short form reels, long form videos and AI UGC content for international clients, and create thumbnails to match. You will take raw footage and turn it into polished, scroll stopping videos with clean pacing, strong captions and a consistent style. Reliable delivery and attention to detail matter as much as creativity. What You Will Do
• Edit full podcast episodes (audio and video), including cuts, cleanup, audio levelling and sync
• Create short form reels and clips with captions for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
• Edit long form YouTube videos with strong pacing, graphics and storytelling
• Edit AI UGC and talking head style video ads
• Design custom thumbnails that make people click
• Add motion graphics, captions, sound design and music where needed
• Follow client briefs and revision feedback, and deliver on time
• Work closely with our Project Manager and team to keep every client’s output consistent
• Maintain organised project files and raw footage
• Deliver consistent weekly output while meeting client deadlines What We Are Looking For
• 2 years or more of professional video editing experience
• A portfolio or best work link that shows podcast, reel or social video edits
• Strong command of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
• A good eye for pacing, captions, framing and short form storytelling
• Ability to design clean thumbnails (Photoshop, Canva or similar)
• Solid audio skills, including noise cleanup, levelling and mixing speech
• Good written English and clear communication, since you will receive feedback from international clients
• Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects and take feedback well
• Must have your own laptop that can run editing software smoothly
• Must live in Lahore, or be able to relocate, and be available to work full time at our office Nice to Have
• Experience editing podcasts or interview style content
• Experience with AI generated video or UGC style ads
• Basic motion graphics skills
• Experience working with international clients
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up editing, captioning or ideation

What We Offer

Salary:
PKR 80,000 to 100,000 per month, depending on experience
