We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Lahore In this role you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our companys information technology systems The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various hardware and software systems as well as experience managing a team of IT professionals
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance training and support as needed
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems including networking security databases etc
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology solutions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary $1200 per month
This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship and ticket provided for non-local candidates
