Construction Manager

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion
Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards
Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to keep them on track
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills

This is a contract job located in Faisalabad. All applicants must have a valid biometric passport.

The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is open to all nationalities. Experience is not required but preferred.
