As an ERP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing deals. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, demonstrating the value of our ERP solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales process and successful implementation for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for ERP solutions.

Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Conduct needs assessments to understand client business processes and challenges.

Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and ROI.

Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing that align with client requirements.

Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of ERP solutions.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer information.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our ERP solutions.

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our ERP solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâs degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in ERP sales or software sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in various business processes (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with specific ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and subscription-based sales models.

Understanding of industry-specific ERP requirements (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare).

Knowledge about online platforms which can help in selling ERP solutions.
