At Devace Technologies, we're seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to build dynamic dashboards and data visualizations that drive smarter business decisions. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. If you have a strong command of Tableau and SQL, and enjoy creating data solutions that make an impact, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
  • Connect Tableau to various data sources and ensure data consistency
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to gather requirements
  • Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability
  • Automate data refreshes and maintain efficient workflows
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and exploratory data analysis

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and user experience
  • Familiarity with ETL workflows and data modeling concepts
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently or in cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
