Lead, Growth Data Analyst

This role requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills to work on complex data-related projects. As a Lead, Growth Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and solving business problems using algorithmic automation.

  • A key aspect of this position is managing end-to-end analyses projects; identifying issues, gathering information from various sources, analyzing data, interpreting patterns and trends, providing recommendations, and creating insightful automated solutions.
  • You will also be required to review day-to-day operation processes, identify areas of improvement, and make actionable recommendations based on underlying analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and programming skills. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and other data presentation tools is essential. Experience in developing predictive models, such as Next Best Action, churn prediction, algorithmic pricing, and market basket analysis, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Data Modeling: Develop and implement data models to support business needs.
  • Algorithm Development: Design and develop algorithms to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (STEM, Management Science, Economics).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in the industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of database querying and SQL.
  • Proficiency in machine learning and programming languages like Python or R.
  • Experience with data presentation tools like Tableau.
