
Call Center Agent

We are seeking a customer-oriented and energetic Call Centre Agent to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, or marketing campaigns, as needed.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow communication scripts, company procedures, and policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
