We are looking for an experienced Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team for our Software House Campaign. The Outbound Call Center Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to offer our Software House services. You will be expected to use your sales skills to persuade potential customers to schedule consultations with our team.

Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and offer our software house services.
  • Deliver sales pitches and answer customer inquiries regarding our services, pricing, packages, and other related information.
  • Schedule consultations with the team and follow up with potential customers.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Outbound Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to persuade potential customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in website development or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience working with call center software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
