Job Title: Outbound Call Center Representative (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary Range: PKR 25,000 – PKR 35,000 per month

Job Description:

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a self-driven attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers using provided leads/prospect lists.
  • Explain product/service features, benefits, and promotions effectively.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections and provide solutions to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Must have your laptop (minimum specifications will be shared upon selection).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency required).
  • Ability to work onsite during night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or outbound calls is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience in sales or outbound call centers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems.
