Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Contribute to content creation for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Help in organizing marketing events and campaigns.
  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Help manage employee records and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks for both marketing and HR departments such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining databases.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Assist in gathering data for marketing and HR reports, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest and ability to handle both creative and administrative tasks.
