Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales of textile sizing chemicals in our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a proven track record in the textile weaving (sizing) industries.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of sales or sizing production experience in textiles.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales teams to meet targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strengthen the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of sizing chemicals and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
