Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistently short-term, finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequences of materials, considering resource (production lines) and material availability.
  • Ensure the availability of materials to fulfill production plans within the agreed cost boundaries.
  • Create feasible production plans within the DPS period, considering available capacity, labor, and materials.
  • Identify practical issues related to plant shutdowns and timing of promotional activities within the DPS period.
  • Create optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to ensure a continuous supply for production.
  • Manage delivery of materials directly with defined suppliers.
  • Define stock policies and management approaches for each SKU within their portfolio.
  • Identify practical issues concerning the supply and demand of raw and packaging materials.
  • Engage suppliers in supply chain improvement initiatives to create shared value for Nestlé and its suppliers.

What will make you successful?

  • MBA or BE degree with 0-1 year relevant experience (Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing).
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP 'MH Modules'.
  • Proven initiative-taking ability with successful project implementation.
  • Ability to work with diverse and cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity.
