Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled LinkedIn Job Application Specialist with a strong understanding of modern tech stacks and hiring trends across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, optimize, and execute job applications on behalf of clients or candidates, ensuring high visibility and a strong match with role requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and apply to relevant job opportunities on LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Tailor and optimize CVs and cover letters to align with specific tech stacks, roles, and industries.
- Stay updated with emerging tech stacks, hiring trends, and platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate with candidates/clients to understand their professional background, goals, and preferences.
- Maintain an organized tracking system for applications, responses, and follow-ups.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve LinkedIn profiles and CV presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing LinkedIn job applications or technical recruitment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks such as MERN, MEAN, LAMP, .NET, Java, Python,
- DevOps, and Cloud platforms.
- Exceptional CV and cover letter writing and editing skills.- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization strategies.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in tech recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR focused on technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobscan, and similar tools.
- Familiarity with other job boards such as Indeed, AngelList, Hired, and Wellfound.
