HR Manager
Accounts Automated Australia is an accounting firm established in 2013. We provide financial and accounting services with the aim to transform business processes through the use of technology and automation. Accounts Automated Australia is looking to hire an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Location: Fairways Commercial, Defence Raya, DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Timings: 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM PST
- Work from Home: 5:30 AM to 7 AM
- Travel Break: 7 AM to 8 AM
- Work from Office: 8 AM to 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and mediation.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement improvement initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Develop and administer performance appraisal programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and reviews to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Partner with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to improve workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Lead organizational change management efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a professional services or accounting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
