Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end software project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Engage with clients to deeply understand requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and maintain clear, professional communication.
  • Create and manage tickets, sprints, and workflows using project management tools.
  • Track KPIs (e.g., sprint velocity, on-time delivery, defect rates) to monitor project progress and team performance.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in software project management with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, preferably JIRA, or equivalent platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client discussions and requirement gathering.
  • Ability to break down complex requirements into clear, actionable tickets or user stories.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking progress and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technical concepts (e.g., APIs, version control, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice-to-Have (Optional):

  • Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with client-facing roles in a tech or software development environment.
  • Knowledge of additional tools like Confluence for documentation or Tableau for KPI visualization.
