Software Development Lead

Develop and lead software projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Software Engineers Team

  • Manage a team of software engineers to develop complex software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables.
  • Design and implement system architecture and data models.
  • Oversee the development and testing process, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Experience in J2EE application development is highly desirable.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
  3. Sound knowledge of design patterns, software engineering principles, and Agile methodologies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience in mobile platforms, persistence frameworks, and system architecture design is highly desirable.
