We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Associate Software Project Manager who can excel in communication, client servicing, and project management. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring seamless operations and stellar client satisfaction.

Your Role:

As our Software Project Manager, you will gather project requirements through collaborative documentation with clients, expertly manage the product backlog, and oversee sprint planning and reporting. You'll ensure project deliverables align with scope, schedule, and budget while proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying risks, and devising effective contingency plans. You will facilitate and participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams, coaching team members and resolving conflicts as needed. Monitoring and reporting on Agile performance metrics to stakeholders will be part of your daily routine, as will seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships. Above all, you will foster a collaborative environment that drives the creation of exceptional software.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing large, complex offshore projects in a high-tech development environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: A Computer Science degree from a reputable university.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead software development projects, ensuring all objectives and commitments are met.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, capable of presenting information formally and informally.
  • Agile Expertise: Experience using Agile performance metrics to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Engagement: High energy and engagement, always seeking to introduce innovative and helpful ideas to the team.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of business needs with a talent for establishing and maintaining high levels of customer trust.
  • Problem-Solving: A creative approach to challenges, with the ability to focus on details while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team-building abilities.
  • Methodologies: Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with customers to develop strategies and solutions that deliver significant business value.
